These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at https://happypooperscoopers.com and any dog waste removal services provided by Happy Pooper Scoopers LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Happy Pooper Scoopers LLC provides residential and commercial dog waste removal services, including recurring cleanups, one-time cleanups, and related add-on services such as waste haul-away, in our North Jersey service area. The specific scope of service is confirmed at the time of booking based on your property, number of dogs, and selected service frequency.

Instant quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide, including yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Final pricing is confirmed before your first visit and may be adjusted if the actual condition of your yard differs materially from what was described, such as an unusually overgrown yard requiring an initial deep-clean visit. We will always confirm any price adjustment with you before performing additional work.

Recurring service is scheduled on a set route day based on your service area. We will confirm your assigned service day when your first appointment is booked. Route days may occasionally shift due to holidays, weather, or route changes, and we will notify you in advance whenever a scheduled visit is moved.

Payment is due according to the billing schedule agreed upon at booking, which may include per-visit, monthly, or prepaid billing depending on your service plan. Accepted payment methods will be provided during onboarding. Failure to pay an outstanding balance may result in a pause or cancellation of service until the account is brought current.

You may cancel or reschedule a recurring service plan at any time by contacting us at 201-835-5328 or info@happypooperscoopers.com. We ask for at least 24 hours notice before a scheduled visit whenever possible so we can adjust our route. One-time cleanups may be rescheduled or canceled prior to the scheduled visit without penalty.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area, including unlocked gates and secure containment of any pets during the scheduled visit window. Happy Pooper Scoopers LLC is not responsible for delays or missed visits caused by inaccessible gates, locked yards, or loose animals that make it unsafe for our technicians to enter the property. We photograph gate status at the start and end of each visit for your records.

Service may be delayed due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or major holidays. Delayed visits are rescheduled as soon as conditions allow, typically within the same service week. We do not charge extra for weather-related rescheduling.

If you are not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. We rely on your feedback to maintain a consistent standard of service across every visit.

Our SMS messaging program, including opt-in consent, opt-out instructions, message frequency, and message and data rate disclosures, is governed by our Privacy Policy & TCPA Compliance page. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service from Happy Pooper Scoopers LLC.

Happy Pooper Scoopers LLC performs services with reasonable care but is not liable for pre-existing yard damage, indirect or incidental damages, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at booking. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement at any time with notice as described in Section 6. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unsafe property conditions, or conduct that is abusive toward our technicians.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
